Launch of revolutionary Non-HVO whipping agent: Vana®-Monte DP96

FrieslandCampina Kievit announces the industry’s first instant whipping agent made of refined non-hydrogenated vegetable oils: Vana®-Monte DP96. Both the vegetable fat and the emulsifier are based on coconut and/or unsaturated vegetable oils, differentiating the product from other offerings in the market. The new product not only addresses the clean label trend in the market, but also offers a superior taste and sensory experience. Vana®-Monte DP96 enhances the original taste and offers a light creamy and most importantly non-powdery texture.
